Your role

KYMP – Kotak Youm Managers Program is a Kotak Group level Fast Track General Management Career Program for candidates selected from Top Management institutes in India. It is aimed at creating a pipeline of future leaders and accelerating their development through cross-functional / Business stints.

You can select to join from 3 different business units/teams:

• SME - Sales
• New Car Finance - Credit
• Consumer Service Group - Sales

Training, development & rotations

Kotak Bank provides extensive talent development initiatives, including 360° assessments, progress discussions, and individual development plans. They also offer informal coaching and mentoring to enhance on-the-job learning and growth. The program aims to provide at least 3 rotations in the first 12 months within the same business unit.
