Your role

As a team leader, your responsibilities include:

• Responsible for selling credit cards to ‘new to bank’ customers via a team of sales executives on field sales (Open market, Big corporates, Malls, Cinema halls, Petrol pumps, Airport, Metro stations & Railway Stations)
• Responsible for delivery of Daily/monthly credit card sales target of his/her team and also maintaining the productivity of the team.
• The main & most important job is to find the right candidates (Sales executives) for the team and get them on board as per the norms of the bank.
• Provide training to the new joiners before they hit the field and also keep the existing team updated with the bank's latest sourcing policies.
• Daily product & sales pitch refresher training to old & new candidates and motivating the team to deliver the desired productivity.
• Drive credit card sales via various channels like open market and banca sales.

About you

• Graduate (Any Stream) from accredited universities.
• Age up to 36 years max.
• Exp 0 – 2 years (Relevant Industry) 
• Team management, Hiring, Motivating, and training.
• Good communication skills & presentable on the field.
• Customer interaction and query Management.
• Adherence to all the compliance standards.
• Should possess leadership skills with a proactive approach.
