Your Role

The responsibilities of the role are:

• Work with the Commercial Banking team to drive strategic initiatives and develop operating plans to deliver short-term and long-term plans
• Work with the Central Finance team to prepare annual budgets
• Periodic monitoring of actuals vs budgets
• Ensuring the booking of income/expenses happens to the correct business unit
• Monthly/quarterly reviews with the senior management team
• MIS Reporting to management & variance analysis.

About you

The requirements for the role are:

• CA (Fresher) looking to build a career in the BFSI sector
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of Excel workings and formulas. Basic knowledge of MS Access / Power BI will be an advantage.
