Your role

Job Description:

  • Trainee for delivering QA/QC activities related to procurement, vendor inspection, yard coordination, coordination with Third party inspection agencies, clients, Inward Material Inspection Reports, Goods Receipt Note Clearance (GRN), Review of Vendor Quality Documents (Inspection & Test Plans, Welding Procedure Specification, Procedure Qualification Records, Non-destructive testing procedures and reports (UT, MT, PT, RT, PMI etc), Surface Preparation and Coating procedure, Factory Acceptance Test procedure, Pneumatic c testing procedure.
  • Attending pre-inspection meetings, Weekly quality review meetings with client and yard, coordination and attending internal and external audits, and closure of non-conformance, if any.
  • Review of Inspection reports and Release notes and coordination with SCM and PMT and carrying out complete QA/QC activities to comply with client requirements and L&T's Quality Management System.
