Your role

• Driving 100% audit & completion of said sample size audits
• Ensuring Root Cause analyses are done timely and action plans are implemented
• Timely reporting
• Lead action plans based on the gaps identified
• Driving QA efficiency /performance management
• Support/lead change management; process, control & technology
• Driving checklist/reporting standardization
• QA training needs identification
• Adherence to QA framework & SOX compliance
• Provides formal and informal performance feedback to team members
• Ensure timely performance discussions are closed for QA resources
• Maintain the updated & consolidated defect log for all the processes 13) Responsible for creating a tailormade QA framework in partnership with the Quality Manager and other stakeholders
• Partners with various stakeholders to deploy QA framework in new business areas
• Fosters learning and development within the team

Salary & benefits

About You

• IT background with Quality audits in managed services.
• Should be from any Bank, BFSI, or Wipro (excluding the IDFC project and the year gap).
