Responsibilities and requirements

Program/Project Management

• Effectively partner with the business, peers, members of functional and worldwide HR teams, HR Shared Services, and Centers of Excellence and successfully drive HR programs.
• HR Programs: Status Reports and drive for completion (Goal Setting, Learning & Development, Performance Management…)
• Drive and implement HR Calendar and Global HR Project BMS.
• Overall Budget Management.
• Global Awards management at various levels.

Workforce Planning

• Track & maintain accurate employee data and make related analyses; Hiring Approval Management.
• HR/People Analytics Reporting and Dashboards.
• Workday Champion (HR Operations tool).

Others

• Manage any other work projects and/or responsibilities that may be assigned by your manager from time to time.
• Conduct industry benchmarking/studies to ensure best practices are utilized.
• Conduct and organize team meetings, activities, workshops, and support employee events as needed.
• Proactively optimize HR processes to drive efficiency as needed.
• Participate in global cross-functional projects.
