Your role

The roles and responsibilities for the position are :

• Should be able to follow instructions as well as take responsibility for the actions.
• Acts as a mentor and share knowledge with the team members.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Ensure Resource availability by proper Workforce management and work plan creation.
• Giving suggestions to higher management for smooth running/automating operations.
• Multiple Reports preparation & submission to the competent authority.
• To maintain SLA as committed.
• Work to improve CSAT.
• Ability to cope with new technologies.
• Monitor/escalate day-to-day operations.
• To create/manage/update the CMDB.
