Your role

Job description

  • A Customer Service Executive will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that their customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their queries.
  • This role is mainly focused to help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and processing returns.

Guiding and coaching are part of the responsibility of each manager and are crucial to making each one progress in his/her position. Formal training programs are generally purpose-oriented and designed to improve relevant skills and competencies.   • Flexible to work from Office & home.
  • Flexible to work on rotational shifts with rotational offs.
  • Minimum graduate degree holder.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
