Your role

As a part of the program, you will have:

They have a suitable opportunity for an Employer Branding Intern in L’Oréal India. This is a 6-month internship.

  • You will drive employer branding projects for L’Oréal to attract students and experienced candidates.
  • You will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing and communications of the employee value proposition to prospective candidates and internal employees.
  • This includes partnering with the India TA Team, Business Human Resource (HR) partners, Regional HRs, Corporate Communications Team and Zone and Global teams to define and execute the HR narrative, and digital strategy of all identified online and offline channels.

Salary & benefits

The annual salary for this role can range from INR 2.0 to 3.0 Lakhs per year (Source: AmbitionBox). They provide the following benefits.
