Your role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing Technology Development - Take up budgeted R&D programs from concept to realisation as per timelines and budget set by Management
• Interaction with suppliers in developing technologies, ERP activities associated 
• Follow AS9100 Departmental practices
• Follow up with internal stakeholders and coordinate the delivery of Projects assigned. They are conducting meetings internally and externally as applicable.
• Making relevant plans and documentation for delivery of projects on time
• Studying the latest technology trends along with learning internal capabilities and working towards enhancing them
• Interaction with customers (as required). 
• Understanding organisational goals and Learning the Technologies relevant for the business
• Making proposals to the internal management for developmental projects and R&D projects
