Your role

Responsibilities:

  • Joining process & induction for New Joiners, Retainer Consultants, Interns etc.
  • Intimation to IT/Administration/Infrastructure Services / Facility Department
  •  Acceptance of Confidentiality Agreement, Joining Report etc.
  • Access to L&T Portals (Guide)
  • Update Salary & ERA Bank account details (Guide)
  • PF/EPS/Gratuity/GTLI nomination (Guide)
  • Group Medical claim Hospitalisation Policy - Recovery/ Cashless & Reimbursement Claims (Guide)
  • BGV Compliance
  • Check for Completeness of Profile in SF, check and Audit the system before Payroll is processed
  • Change in IS/NS/DH - Depending on Project Requirement
  • Issue of bonafide certificates
  • Personnel folder management
  • MIS Reports & Data Sanitisation in SF
  • Exit Formalities Compliance and issuance of resignation acceptance & service letters
  • Addressing Queries through Leena AI
  • Address PF/ EPS/ Gratuity/ GTLI pending nominations
  • EPS Online Transfer on account of the merger of LTEH with L&T
  • Standardisation of Letter Formats & Templates
