The requirement is for managing internal IT operations of L&T which are outsourced to another party. The job will include day-to-day operations like monitoring of uptime, capacity, and performance, tracking of ticket closure, ACLs, AMC renewals, coordination with OEM/ partner/ business for issue resolution.
Full time BE without break and certification on Microsoft on-prem technologies or cloud-like Azure / AWS/ GCP
Windows OS, AD, AAD, DNS, virtualization platforms ( VMWare, HyperV, Nutanix), Server patching, clustering, server connectivity with LAN & SAN Storage
Proxy, backup /restore, Networks, O365, ADFS, Hosting on public clouds.
Exposure to IT security-related technologies would be added advantage.
The role is on-prem, 6 days a week with alternate Saturdays off.
