Adheres to departmental policies, protocols and procedures along with objectives, quality and assurance programs
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
To work under the guidance of a senior practitioner in providing physiotherapy assessments, treatments and goal settings for patients
To write reports and attend multidisciplinary team meetings to plan and review ongoing treatment
To facilitate better recovery for patients by providing goal-based care resulting in better outcomes
To contribute to the day-to-day coordination of PT services and have responsibility for the management and delivery of PT services to a neurological/spinal caseload
To educate patients, their families and the community to prevent injury and disability and to lead a healthy lifestyle
To participate in education programs and get involved in clinical research, evaluate outcomes and present or publish in national/international meetings or journals
