Your role

As part of the role, your responsibilities include:

• Engage with customers via phone to develop and maintain customer relationships and grow volumes and share of wallet
• Provide support for Sales administration and transactional support for sales activities
• Provide support for the team in terms of email messages and internal cases received from customers, and internal stakeholders like Customer success partners, Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Sales Ops team, Disputes, and CX teams.
• Respond to customers as per the business needs
• Analyse the various segments to maintain volumes and build further share of the wallet
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective collaboration and deliver solutions for the customers’ and segments’ needs
• Engage frontline sales and other stakeholders effectively for maximum collaboration and quick solutions to raised issues
• Analyse feedback from customers from various channels, to identify areas of improvement and execute solutions effectively
• Maintaining details in systems related to sales activities and ensuring accurate translation of information in company records.
