Your role

In your role, you will support stakeholders from the team to conceptualize & design creative visual communications that will be used to communicate & inspire. You will work closely with the TAA team to act as a visual storyteller and create compelling communications.
Here’s your chance to be creative, self-motivated, organized, and collaborative, while being able to juggle a variety of active projects in collaboration with stakeholders across APAC.
Key responsibilities:

• Ability to draft and pre-visualize concept layout & design
• Influence and lead the development of creative content across Powerpoint /Outlook/Word/Google Slides Email, Playbooks, and Infographics.
• Create innovative design concepts that follow current internal campaigns and master brand guidelines.
• Create executive presentations that visually communicate a compelling story
• Utilize graphic design tools and software to develop presentations, design templates, playbooks, and layouts.
• Create well-thought-out presentations with a good eye for design & aesthetics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while attending to deadlines.
• Please note: You will be required to submit a portfolio that showcases your past work.

About You

The requirements for the role are as follows:

• Strong knowledge of design standards and excellent visualization skills
• A degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant qualification.
• 0-3 years of relevant professional work experience
• Working knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Google Slides, Docs & Word
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator would be a strong plus
• A great eye for aesthetics and the ability to create well-thought-out presentations & playbooks
• Digital layout skills and awareness of UX/UI best practices
• Excellent communication skills and can articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions
