Responsibilities

• Experience in recruitment in consumer brands is a must.
• Manage hiring process from posting job descriptions to getting new employees on-boarded
• Work with management to incorporate healthy organizational culture
• Responsible for payroll, HR audits, and other statutory/legal compliances
• Manage off-boarding/exit formalities – paperwork & interviews
• Formulate & ensure all company policies & procedures are up to date and disseminated to all employees
• Responsible for creating an Employer brand and portraying positive impressions on social media to attract the best talent.
• Managing Campus Engagements and travel if need be, to evaluate and onboard talent.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors or MBA in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 0-5 years (In Same Field)
• Good Communication Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Familiar With Startup Environment
• Strong Customer Service
• Ability to perform under pressure
