Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL), a subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, is India’s largest passenger car maker. India’s first Company to produce and sell more than a million cars in India in a year, Maruti Suzuki is credited with having ushered in the automobile revolution in the country. The Company, formerly known as Maruti Udyog Limited, was incorporated as a joint venture between the Government of India and Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan in February 1981.
Maruti Suzuki is the first company in India to introduce factory-fitted CNG vehicles (Eeco, Alto, Estilo, WagonR, SX4, and Ertiga).

Talent Acquisition – collaborate with business functions to determine Manpower requirements, support Hiring Managers in better designing job descriptions, evaluating potential profiles, improve the competency-based interviewing & managing the entire recruitment process using the internal ATS system
Employee Engagement – working with business groups to implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives to engage employees and enhance productivity
Employee Connect – frequent connects with employees for educating them about important policies, SOPs and benefits through communication sessions and encouraging a culture of inclusiveness through leadership interactions, feedback sessions, and stay interviews
Performance Management - implementing the PMS process to foster a performance-focused environment and ensuring timely completion of mid-year and final year objective-based performance appraisals. Creating a performance improvement plan for low performers and managing the Job rotation exercise
HR analytics – collaborating with business heads to showcase data related to people analytics for taking strategic decisions related to recruitment, capability development, and career progression.
Grievance handling – understanding the employee concerns and diagnosing the issues to take immediate actions and countermeasures
Employer Branding – collaborating with concerned stakeholders for managing the employer branding initiatives on social media & regularly updating the company career page with the EVP initiatives
Collaborate with CEOs to implement strategic initiatives related to Career Progression Plan, Employee Central System, Recruitment policies, PMS process, Succession Planning, etc.
