Your role

  • Supporting the global communications team, you will help coordinate day-to-day marketing activities for the practice.
  • This includes ensuring their events, publishing, and newsletters reach clients in an impactful way.
  • You will have a particular focus on the McKinsey Center for Future Mobility (MCFM), where you will track and sharpen the performance of all communication efforts, including supporting publishing processes, social media campaigns, and email newsletters, as well as their presence at external conferences.
  • You will also help drive the global CRM program for the Advanced Industries Practice to ensure the CRM database is up-to-date, and that they have robust processes in place for streamlined outreach to clients.
  • Working closely with McKinsey’s global CRM team as a central function, you’ll support the build-out of the CRM database within the practice—particularly in North America and Europe. 
  • You will support the overall R&R and marketing activities for the McKinsey Center for Future Mobility – across all channels. You will track metrics and performance for publishing, events, social media, and other AI practice-wide R&R.
  • You will also focus on managing and improving the general send-out and database maintenance process for newsletters, publishing, and event invitations.  You will manage the overall global practice databases for events, publishing, and client contacts.
  • You will maintain practice websites, working closely with the firm web teams to implement changes, as well as specific social media advertising campaigns. You will also support the production of high-profile firm events and webinars for clients on an as-needed basis.
