You will be based in our Gurugram office as part of our Development group, which provides online survey solutions to our global network of management consultants.
Our goal is to assist McKinsey’s consultants to conduct research during customer engagements by providing expertise and thought partnership to enable the quick setup of secure and effective survey solutions.
You’ll work in partnership with our global, multinational team, which works more like a small startup company. Our development teams are small, flexible and employ agile methodologies to quickly provide our consultants with the solutions they need.

You will organize and set up projects to be programmed according to customer specifications and timelines to ensure proper scheduling, improved work-flow, customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will suggest best technical solutions to program surveys in accordance with customer specifications for error free work improving customer satisfaction and repeat business. Mentor and assist in training existing team on the ConfirmIT/Qualtrics programming platforms and web based tools to ensure efficiency, better work-flow, growth, and scalability.
You will schedule QA testing of the program and all deliverables to insure customer satisfaction, quality standards, and error-free projects generating better work-flow/communication. You will follow all data quality procedures to ensure the data gathered from system has no errors or deficiencies ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. You will utilize creative thinking and problem solving skills to complete jobs and ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency while establishing and improving upon day to day procedures.
You will maintain proactive ongoing communication with the customer/internal stakeholders on a project-by-project basis for customer satisfaction. You will identify and solve project related problems to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data which will improve efficiency and communication between team members.
You will actively pursue knowledge of the survey industry best practices in technical domain and other relevant software in order to come up with creative ideas to be competitive within the industry. Act as liaison with PMs, designers and external contractors to provide insight on areas of possible growth and development for customers in order to ensure continued satisfaction.
