Your role

You will be responsible for the following:

• You will be staffed on projects or engagements, working closely with clients.
• You will work with clients like central and state governments, PSEs and PSUs in sectors like Economic Development, Infrastructure, Energy, Oil & Gas, etc.
• You will be an active part of teams undertaking to problem-solve, including quantitative, qualitative, process, people, and relationship-based approaches.
• You will help develop and execute a plan to build client capabilities in project management and demonstrate intellectual curiosity regarding delivery, business context, and specific client needs.

About you

To be an attractive candidate you must have the following qualification and desired key skills;

• Master’s or equivalent from a university with a consistently outstanding academic record - prior experience is preferable but not necessary. If you have prior experience, sectors like Infrastructure (Transportation, Logistics, Energy, Social Infra like Tourism, Hospitality, Health & Education, Urban), Oil & Gas, Mining, etc. would be preferable.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on MS Office applications like Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
• Solid functional knowledge and expertise.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
• Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
• Capability to contribute to / drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project.
