Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our  Knowledge Centre in Gurugram as a member of the firm’s global Client Relationship Management (CRM) team.

 As a part of this team, you will work closely with our CRM analysts and senior CRM experts in Costa Rica, Poland, India, and the US who constitute your core CRM team. In addition, you will be working with the email marketing teams from McKinsey’s global and regional practices and Offices mainly based in Asia and EMEA, helping to reach McKinsey’s clients and clientele with distinctive knowledge and invitations to global and regional McKinsey hosted events. You will be reporting directly to the APAC CRM manager.

What You'll Do

You will set up and execute external email campaigns such as invitations, articles, and newsletters, and provide support to the global CRM team.

In this role, you will be using an online B2B CRM IT system to help build email campaigns, such as invitations to conferences and other events, as well as newsletters and whitepaper promotions. You will help practices and offices build, maintain, and update their target client contact lists.

You will be deeply involved in database management including data standardization, quality management, and helping with individual update requests from contact and client account owners. You will also help to document overall global/regional CRM usage, along with metrics such as target group coverage, outreach, engagement, and other ad-hoc statistical analyses on request.

You will have an ongoing engagement and coordination with the regional CRM manager and CRM analyst and relevant internal requestors to help maintain contact lists and contribute to overall database optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Interest and focus in CRM, email marketing
  • Excited to work with a wide variety of stakeholders from different countries
  • Excellent MS Excel skills and affinity for working with large data sets (merging, de-duplication, quality checking)
  • Ability with visual design
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment across continents/time zones
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
