You will work with the Sales Solutions group to configure and deploy scalable analytics, diagnostic and software-based solutions to help companies achieve above-market growth.
In this role, you will perform configuration and data analytics with Sales Solutions applications based on client requirements and specifications provided by the Solutions Delivery team. You will be responsible for data extracts, transformation, and visualization to enable insights and analysis, and maintain unique databases to drive industry-wide insights. This entails using data analytics tools (a combination of proprietary tools, Excel, Alteryx, and scripting), validating raw data quality, and working with Tableau and other geospatial data visualization applications.
You’ll work with a variety of clients as well as internal projects. The average project duration can vary from 1 week to 8 weeks. You may be serving multiple clients and/or teams at once working with a variety of roles including solution delivery managers and specialists, consulting teams, and clients. Most of your work will happen in a remote setting, but with virtual, international teams.
You will also take ownership of improving analytical efficiency and automation of our existing assets, databases, and technical processes. You will be directly involved in database management and technology improvements needed to further scale our client support model.
