Your role

You will be responsible for the following:

  • In this role, your responsibilities may include the creation and assignment of project codes, drafting and submitting client invoices, applying cash receipts, and vendor-related activities.
  • You may assist with the monitoring of centralized mailboxes to provide first-level support to colleagues throughout the firm and external clients.
  • You may provide and work on full-cycle engagement management for client capabilities with responsibilities including the creation and review of project codes and invoicing as well as reviewing monthly time and expenses charges.
  • If needed, you will address inconsistencies with the partners and senior partners and propose solutions as may be required from time to time.
  • You will also support the broader client finance team/partner etc. as needed through data analysis and forecasting, ad hoc reporting, special projects, and by providing support during internal and external audits or any other ad-hoc projects as may be required.

About you
