What You'll Do
- You will deliver end-to-end support activities related to our OrgSolutions assets.
- In this role, you will support clients with work-planning, data collection, deployment of surveys and conducting analytics, results in syndication, and action planning.
- You will be responsible for managing the administration, analysis, and synthesis of data from McKinsey diagnostic tools and techniques and client feedback reports.
- You will be problem-solving to help develop the blueprint and program architecture to guide organizational health and design improvements.
- You’ll coach McKinsey consultants on proprietary tools and techniques.
- You’ll build, codify and disseminate knowledge and you’ll occasionally work full-time on client projects onsite.
- Additionally, you’ll prepare and deliver client workshops and you’ll expand your expertise in domains such as market outreach, client service, and analytics.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or other graduate degree is required from a reputable institution with an outstanding record of academic achievement
- 1+ years of experience in organizational behavior or survey design and implementation
- Experience in developing and analyzing surveys or developing insights from software analytics is a plus
- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Ability to use statistics to solve organizational health problems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility to travel
