Who You'll Work With

You’ll be based in our Gurgaon office as part of our People Digital Support team. Our People Digital Support focuses on our Talent Management System called People Central.

People Central is a cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors platform. The system supports professional development, people operations, geographic HR, global compensation and market compensation leads. People Digital is comprised of a group of product owners with deep functional expertise, who partner with our Technology & Digital function (T&D), design, and portfolio teams to deliver technology-based people systems at McKinsey and to enable the respective business functions with new innovations and impact.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for triaging and solving tickets for People Central Core, and if needed, escalating to the relevant product teams.

In this role, you will conduct research to understand the nature of the ticket and who the correct product team is to solve. You will need to use our ticketing system, Integrated Services (ServiceNow) and ensure tickets are followed up and closed according to any Service Level Agreements. This includes triaging tickets to appropriate teams and colleagues for resolution when needed.

While reviewing tickets, you will be responsible for communicating with end-users and when possible, solving defects. Within your role, you will work with data governance and various SAP product teams for People Central. You will monitor and enforce compliance with data quality, firm policies, and global regulations. When needed, you’ll provide training for new users and ongoing knowledge transfer for existing users.

You will gain new skills and confidence with firm technology, as well as, the opportunity to create and drive HR technology processes. This has the potential to increase your network at the firm and provide additional exposure to our various users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience required, e.g., system admin, recruiting/HR admin, talent management
• Experience with administering cloud-based talent acquisition or talent management systems
• Skilled and resourceful at troubleshooting problems and implementing creative solutions
• Experience with high touch communication to Partners or senior colleagues
• Exemplary judgement and professionalism in handling confidential information in the talent acquisition tool
• Strong Excel skills, including the use of Pivot tables and v-lookups
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Organized, detailed and meticulous working style; collaborative team player
• Success Factors or other HCM ERP tools is a plus
• Effective communication skills; ability to liaise between IT and HR communities
