Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our Bengaluru or Gurugram office as part of our Recruiting & Talent Insights (RTI) team. We are strategic thought partners who identify distinctive and diverse talent for the firm. Our deep integration with hiring teams allows us to provide data-driven ‘best in class’ profiles and market intelligence that decreases time and cost per hire. This team is part of our broader recruiting organization and works with various recruiting cells, hiring across all levels and tenure in the firm. 

What You'll Do

  • You will lead talent and candidate research, working closely with recruiting teams and supporting global recruiting programs.
  • In this role, you will identify high-quality passive talent through internet research.
  • You will pull together data from a range of sources including publicly available information and internal CRMs.
  • You will also create ongoing reports and synthesize data to communicate progress and trends to the team and other stakeholders through discussion, email, reports, etc. 
  • You will develop a wide breadth of industry and company knowledge (and a variety of role paths) to support thoughtful talent research in a variety of practice areas.
  • You will also be involved in firm-wide research and intelligence gathering initiatives.
  • You will develop and present alternative sourcing strategies to recruiters and hiring managers when appropriate, based on data analysis and perceptions.
  • You will do initial candidate outreach to pique candidate interest for our open roles and enter them into the recruiting process when required.
  • You will act as a talent advisor to recruiting teams and leverage various RTI capabilities to create robust sourcing strategies and market insights.
  • You will also have an opportunity to work across boundaries (geography, industry and level). 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Up to 3 years of experience working in a professional services environment
  • Demonstrated research experience and expert user of Boolean search methodologyPassion for research processes and interest in recruiting
  • Goal-driven; comfortable working with minimal direction on a globally dispersed team
  • Ability to cultivate trust-based working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Flexible; comfortable with ambiguity particularly in the context of evolving search parameters or timelines
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills; at ease with an abundance of details
  • Strong client services orientation; professional services experience is a plus
  • Solid interpersonal, communication and team skills
  • Excellent command of English - both spoken and written
