Well, then join our newly launched Live Commerce team as an Associate - Growth. In this pivotal role, you will help build an intelligent consumer engagement and retention engine. The vision of our team is to enable creators/influencers to give customers an immersive and trustworthy shopping experience through live streaming.

But we are not all work and no play – from weekly “no shop talk” team calls to board game nights, every team has its fun rituals. As one of the first members of the Live Commerce team, you will play an intrinsic role in building the team’s culture.

The role

As our Associate - Growth, you will amplify our user growth, thereby helping Meesho scale 10x. You will play a critical role in new user acquisition, engagement, and retention as well.

On a typical day, you will be involved in discovering venues for growth, as well as designing, and executing growth plans. Your role also requires successful cross-functioning with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Discover key problems preventing our users from activating and becoming entrepreneurs
• Design experiments to validate hypotheses, and to arrive at data-driven decisions
• Ideate solutions to improve user growth and retention
• Work closely with various stakeholders – Product, Tech, and Ops – to get the right product mix

What You Will Need

• B.Tech with  min 1 year of total work experience at a consulting firm or a tech firm in a similar role
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Superior problem-solving and project management skills
• Strong track record with proven growth in your current organization
