About The Role

As Jr Graphic Designer in our Monetization team, you will work directly with the team leaders to own business-critical problems. Your typical day will involve developing creative visuals and delivering compelling, original content for the Monetization team. You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of use cases to increase engagement and comprehension of the Ads product.

What You Will Do

• Conceptualize campaign creatives and videos based on requirements
• Ensure all creatives and graphics are aligned with the Meesho brand guidelines
• Work with the content team to produce final designs
• Test graphics across various media
• Proactively enhance the aesthetics of our creatives with a keen eye on details

What You Will Need

• Min 2 years of experience in graphic designing and video making
• Good understanding of what makes ‘content’ – everything from motion graphics to live-action
• Ability to create engaging content that is successful across channels and audiences
• Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
