About The Role

As our Junior HRBP, you will create a superior employee experience by enabling and co-working with the HRBPs. You will support HRBPs in executing and delivering HR strategies and initiatives across all levels of the assigned function/department. You will play an instrumental role in setting up the right talent brand and culture for the Meesho business unit(s) assigned to you.

Importantly, you will bridge the gap between HR Business Partners and the Centre of Excellence functions to develop and align appropriate HR Business Partnering initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate with HR Business Partner and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of HR initiatives
  • Coordinate and support BAU tasks and HR projects
  • Manage implementation and review of HR Business Partnering initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness
  • Track and monitor project progress and escalate problems to relevant stakeholders whenever necessary
  • Drive change management through HR initiatives
  • Support managers in all other activities as and when required

What You Will Need

  • Degree in Business or Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines (freshers can apply)
  • 1 year+ of HR experience in a fast-paced start-up environment will be an advantage
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proven ability to deliver work within tight deadlines
  • Ability to be detail-oriented and people-centric
