Your role

As Assistance Manager - Finance Strategy, you’ll drive strategic partnerships and investor relations and fundraising programs. In this role, you’ll take up initiatives with complete ownership, manage multiple projects and drive execution with various org teams within Meesho.

• Manage the end-to-end IPO process either in India or US 
• Liaise with various intermediaries like other Merchant Bankers, Advertising Agencies, Law firms, and Registrars to the Issues offered, Brokers, Bankers, etc.
• Coordinate with the research team with respect to valuations, research reports, etc.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities (SEBI, SEC and Stock Exchanges (NASDAQ, NYSE, BSE & NSE)
