As a Product Ops Associate in our team, you will collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Engineers. We are driven by a ‘user-first’ mindset. We have a strong bias for action. Above all, our team is driven by impact, not features. We drive ‘problem discovery’ & delivery - not only obsess over “what to build”, but execute with rigor to create impact.

About the role

As our Product Ops Associate, you will have broad exposure to the inner workings of a product-led organization. This is a 2-year rotational program where you will work on 3 different product areas each for a duration of 6-9 months. 

As a Product Ops Associate, you will work closely with product managers to enable their objectives. This role is a starting point for getting into a product manager role.

What you will do

• Ensure seamless execution and provide inputs at each stage during the feature development life cycle
• Perform preliminary root-cause analysis using data-backed insights
• Assist product managers in handling business and tech queries
• ​​Conduct research to identify user needs and pain points
• Manage key product priorities by engaging with relevant stakeholders for PMs (Engineers, Designers, and Business Counterparts)
• Ensure adoption of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
• Drive initiatives to introduce additional tools (e.g., UX Cam, Presto) to improve productivity and insights

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 3-4 years experience; 1-2 yrs experience as a business/product analyst or a program manager in a high growth start-up
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate data and insights from various sources
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries
• Bonus points for the ability to operate Mixpanel and other such tools
• Prior experience in working within tech and product teams of internet companies is a plus
