Your role

Meragi Events is looking for a content creator to join their team to boost their presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest as well as their website blog.

Responsibilities

• Understand Meragi’s offerings and value proposition thoroughly and create relevant content to maximise visibility across various platforms and customer touchpoints
• Create content for Instagram - reels, posts, stories, and guides to
  • (i) organically reach new potential customers and get them interested in working with Meragi
  • (ii) create and engage a community of people planning a wedding/celebration with valuable and entertaining content
  • (iii) develop Meragi’s Instagram profiles as content destinations for customers looking for inspiration or valuable tips for weddings/celebrations
• Collaborate with wedding planners and designers to create content for social media
• Contribute to content for Meragi’s blog by coming up with blog ideas, editing and publishing the content written by experts

About you

Must-have

• Experience creating content - reels or YouTube videos
• Know basic video editing
• Eager to attend and document events whenever needed
• An intuitive understanding of social media and creating content that people love
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly
• Comfortable in front of the camera and enjoys talking to the audience

Eligibility

• 0-2 years of experience creating content for digital brands

Good to have

• Personal blog or Instagram account with a significant following
