Your role
Meragi is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager Intern to join their Sales team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management within the sales function of a fast-paced and growing company.
The Program Manager Intern will work closely with the Sales team to support various sales initiatives, streamline processes, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assist in Program Development
Collaborate with the Sales team to assist in the development and implementation of sales programs and initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth.
- Project Management
Supports the planning, execution, and tracking of sales projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Data Analysis
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure alignment of sales programs with broader company objectives.
- Process Optimization
Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and propose solutions for optimization and improvement.
- Customer Engagement
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain customers, including coordinating outreach efforts and customer feedback initiatives.
- Presentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate documentation, and create decks for sales programs, initiatives, and project plans.
About you
This is a 3-month internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The opportunity is based in Bangalore.
You will be a perfect fit if you are:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Google Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, G Slides & presentation tools like Canva.
