- To support in driving smooth operations for Retail of the Future Command Center and eCommerce (Vehicle Online Sales platform) Operations
- Test new features pre and post roll out for digital systems
- Support Franchise Partner dealers on issues and queries regarding the platforms
- Monitor data quality and data usage for systems (Sales Transaction Systems, Vehicle exchange, Salesforce, etc.)
- Assist in performance reporting to Management and Germany
- Collaborate with other departments on key deliverables
