Your role

• Responsible for Seat trim development that fulfils Legal, functional and safety requirements across the globe. Knowledge of various phases of the development cycle.
• Manage new product development activities to meet quality, timeline, cost & weight targets.
• Coordinate with various Cross-functional teams e.g. Design, colour and trim etc.
• Knowledge of testing and certification requirements for various trim materials.
• Able to work in a Global and multicultural environment.
• Good communication skills with command of the English language (verbal & written). The German language will be added advantage.
• Able to steer discussions with suppliers across the Globe.
• Should be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Team player, adaptive mindset and willingness to mentor team members
