Your role

• Ensure performance and progress for the client's social media accounts.
• Closely coordinate with creative, design, content writer, and video team to get the creatives and content.
• Create social media strategies for clients based on their target audience, competitors, USP, and offerings.
• Discover trending topics, account needs, and interests of the target audience across social media.
• Social listening to provide the team with insights and recommendations.
• Generate insight into account performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting and provide data analysis for clients/accounts.
• Understanding and implementing of Sprinklr platform

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of relevant work experience
• A graduate or undergraduate belonging to a relevant field. (Any graduate - BSc./ Btech / BCA)
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate about the digital marketing industry.
• Understand data sources, retrieving and analyzing data.
• Comfortable working with CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint
