The Project Manager works as a single Point of Contact for a project, coordinating with key stakeholders, both internal and external teams, researchers, sample partners, and client teams. Manage projects E2E (end to end), right from project initiation to final delivery as per the scope agreed upon for the assigned project. Shall be responsible (directly or overseen) for all aspects of data collection and field management, including sample and quota design, deployment plans, fieldwork monitoring, managing field-related issues, and managing panel vendors to meet client’s field objectives.
The individual will have a responsibility to manage a minimum of 3-4 projects with moderate to limited supervision, ensuring each project is set up efficiently, liaising with the client and Researcher over issues affecting set-up and fieldwork, tackling issues as they arise, ensuring established processes are followed during the project and that the required documentation is kept up to date.
This role would suit those with strong academic backgrounds viz. B School/MBA, right out of college and are looking for a breakthrough/head start in the field of market research, individuals with good interpersonal skills, who enjoy interacting with people, have a client-centric mindset, loves working as part of a team, but also embraces responsibility for their work as an individual.
