What You Will Do
- Supporting key account managers with daily activities.
- Front ending accounts
- Onboarding sessions for corporates
- Engagement activities to promote MFine services
- Increasing sign-ups and utilization
- Increasing B2B2C business of existing accounts
- MIS & reviews with accounts
- Handling escalations and grievances
- Invoicing and payments
What You Will Need To Succeed
- Min 2 years+ experience in operations.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in escalations handling
