Job Profile Responsibilities

  • Maintain and Disseminate System and Process Knowledge
    • Participate in system demos
    • Educate internal customers and peers on system information, including requirements, restrictions, and uses
    • Provide instruction on tools and methods for analyzing data
    • Identify and recommend resources to meet customer needs
    • Prioritize, rank, and work with service owners on projects and change initiatives
  • Develop, Measure and Optimize HR Processes
    • Identify the current state of a process
    • Determine systems and tools used for process support
    • Determine metrics and key process indicators (KPIs)
    • Conduct benchmarking analysis to validate existing metrics and measure Micron’s data against external benchmarks
    • Design improved process based on business objectives and constraints
    • Recommend new process changes
    • Assist with implementing improvements
    • Provide documentation and process maps
    • Support efforts to leverage ITIL in developing, documenting and implementing service delivery processes
    • Work to establish and maintain the appropriate internal and external KPIs
    • Proactively monitor the service delivery processes and generate action plans to optimize the service
    • Support the development and maintenance of an HR process library
  • Provide Human Capital Data-Driven Analysis and Decision Support to Other HR Sources
    • Create new reports (Workday Reporting)
    • Generate existing reports
    • Assemble reports for meaningful interpretation
    • Perform analysis of reports using statistical methods and critical analysis
    • Create presentations for other HR sources (HR Business Partners, Program Owners, Leadership)
    • Trackwork for internal metrics
  • Create and Manage Systematic HR Data Framework
    • Determine needed data
    • Research data availability and current locations
    • Work with each Service area to understand the business rules affecting the gathering, storing, and retrieving of information
    • Identify gaps in data needed versus what is available
    • Work with appropriate resources to fill data gaps
    • Extract raw data from various sources
    • Create standard data extraction capabilities where needed
    • Audit and confirm data for integrity
    • Transform data to a usable format
    • Create repeatable data process for data transformation
    • Release data access process for external use where appropriate
    • Track work (internal metrics)
