Job Overview

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the engagement of 01 (One) Consultant in the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), New Delhi, as per details given below:

Period of Consultancy

Initially, for 01 (one) year, the contract can be extended further depending on the assessment of performance, mutual willingness and depending on the requirement. The contract may be terminated on one month’s notice from either side or on payment of one month’s pay in lieu thereof. Unauthorized absence may lead to termination of the engagement

Duties

• The consultant will work in the Logistics vertical of the G20 Secretariat.
• The consultant will perform planning for branding and liaisoning with concerned agencies during the G20 events for its execution.
• The consultant will liaison with EMCs for 3D cutouts and branding in conference venues, airports, transport, and mapping cities.
• The consultant will also handle the logistic part of the branding during G20 events.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Division

Requirements

• The Applicant should be an Indian national.
• Applicant should have a Master’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• One year’s experience in planning and execution of branding related work.
• The candidate needs to be Computer Savvy.
• Well versed in communication strategy.
• The applicant should not be more than 45 years (as of the date of the publication of the advertisement) and he/she should be in good health.
• Work experience in a related field. Problem solver and proficiency in English

Remuneration

• The remuneration package will be commensurate with the experience and profile of the selected candidate, subject to a maximum of Rs. 10 lakh per annum and deduction of applicable taxes. The consultancy fees shall be paid in Indian Rupees. The amount of consultancy fee so
• fixed shall remain unchanged during the term of engagement.
• The engagement will be strictly contractual and will not confer any other benefits to the selected candidates.
• The consultant shall not be entitled to any benefit like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Attendance Treatment, Seniority, Promotion etc. or any other benefits available to the regular employees of the Ministry.
