Your role

Responsibilities:

• Respond to manager/employee general PSD inquiries including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Documentation of processes, FAQs for all people practice processes.
• Liaise with Global PSD team members and give functional direction according to the global regional strategies and concepts ensuring a harmonized approach to all relevant People Practice processes (one voice to the customer).
• Drive the On-site activities execution related to Onboarding, Life cycle & Exit processes in liaison with the local PSD team members.
• Ensure Compliance in the documentation related to Onboarding, Life cycle & Offboarding processes per country regulatory changes, local legislation & Data Privacy regulations for covered sites.
• Responsible to coordinate annual process delivery like external & internal audits.
• Interface with the global leadership team and regional leadership teams to develop sound People operation processes and ensure that the same is performed and implemented in a harmonized manner.
• Responsible for overall program management and change management for all the People operation processes.
• Responsible for Global Benefit Administration processes.
• Responsible for maintaining and implementing the Global People policies per country regulatory changes, local legislation & Data Privacy regulations for covered sites.
• Liaise with external vendors, and internal Legal teams to finalize contract and SOW requirements and maintain a vendor repository.
• Partner with Total Rewards to maintain the company job catalog.
• Work with Px Allies on terminations and conduct exit interviews.

About you

Requirements:

• You should have 0-2 years experience in the HR operations role with an experience in the HR helpdesk (employee query handling) and employee life cycle processes like onboarding, offboarding, and background verification.
