Your role

• Handling Online Reputation Management.
• Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team
• Answering customer queries on all social platforms.
• Real-Time tracking.
• A fast-thinking individual who can create content on a variety of complaints, queries, or requests.
• Ability to propose logical solutions as well as communicate them clearly and effectively.
• Sets processes in place for managing the key tasks.
• Manages presence on social networking sites including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, and other similar community sites.
• Excellent overall writing skills in several different styles/tones.
• Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly trackers.
