About Moglix

Moglix is an Asia-based E-commerce company intensively inclined towards B2B procurement of industrial supplies, in particular, MRO, Safety, Electricals, Lighting, Cleaning & Housekeeping, Office Stationery & Supplies, Power Tools, and many more industry essentials.

Your Role

• Assess the creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, CIBIL scores, GST, Bank statements, and ITRs.
• Familiar with working capital assessment methods, and cash conversion cycles including MPBF.
• Understanding various Business models and potential risk factors impacting their creditworthiness.
• Visit the manufacturing facilities, understand the business, and identify any red flags.
• Coordinate with relationship managers and the company to fill any information gaps.
• Prepare a credit appraisal memorandum and present it to the credit committee for approval.
• Adhere to the credit process and policy documents of the organization. Work with the team members to establish the best practices in line with industry standards.
• Continuous monitoring of the existing portfolio and identify early warning signals including various macro parameters.

About You

• CA or MBA from a reputed institute.
• Graduation from a reputed institute.
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar profile with a Bank, NBFC, or a fintech.
• Ownership driven - Ability to take ownership of all the borrower-related communication and clarifications.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth and start-up-oriented environment.
• Willingness to set up things from scratch.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to make coherent arguments.
