Your role

Moglix is looking for a dependable graduate engineer trainee to join its capable team. The graduate engineer trainee will be responsible for completing all tasks assigned by the supervisor, assisting other Managers with their projects, conducting research, and writing reports. He/She should be able to follow instructions, but also take initiative and come up with original ideas.

Responsibilities

• Completing all tasks set by the supervisor and assisting wherever possible.
• Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.
• Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.
• Take notes and share your findings with your supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
• Participating in meetings and attending training programs and other training initiatives.
• Establishing professional relationships with staff.
• Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence.
• Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement. Conducting research and collating data.

Education

• B. Tech (Tier 2) – Electrical/ Mechanical/Chemical would be Preferred

Essential skills

• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
• High level of ownership, and willingness to set up things from scratch.
• Excellent negotiation, communication analytical skills.
• Young graduates who willing to work in sourcing/Vendor management and operations roles.

Desirable skills

• Start-up experience would be an added advantage.
