Your role

As a Trade and Customs Trainee, you will be a part of Molex – Global Supply Chain, gaining hands-on experience with trade regulations and customs processes while supporting their global operations.

What You Will Do 

  • Data Collection: Gather and compile the information for various transactions.
  • Data Preparation: Accurately enter the details into relevant databases and systems.
  • Documentation: Ensure all the records are properly documented and organized.
  • Verification: Cross-verify the information with supporting documents to maintain accuracy.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary details.
  • Timely Reporting: Generate reports as required by management.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks on entered data to identify and rectify errors.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in gathering & compiling the information to avoid errors.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and organize large sets of data.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication to gather necessary information.
  • Technical skills: Good in MS Excel & basics of Power BI
  • Time Management: Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should be able to support on shifts if the business mandates that as a requirement.
  • Participate and Contribute to the development of Molex Global Technical Centre with creative and innovative ideas
  • Provide support and details to the supervisor on the monthly KPI.
  • Responsible for any other task that is assigned by the supervisor from time to time.      

About you      

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Non- Engineer (Ex: BSc, BCom)

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Basics on Power BI, VBA.
