Data Solutions / DS Content Management
This role is responsible for addressing data-related requests and issues in our range of domestic and international products. This means assisting our first line support team with client inquiries and maintaining good communication with our information providers in regard to updates or additions of company records, as well as reporting any recurring issues to our feed data specialists.
Additionally, you will assist in the creation of a knowledge database, gathering key data points from various providers, to help our first line support team treat cases more efficiently.
The training approach we employ is a learning-by-doing strategy, meaning that you will be exposed to practical cases from day one while being assisted and mentored by a senior team member.
