Job responsibilities

  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and holding responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.
  • Identifying Prospects (Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers).
  • Need Analysis (gaining information about the customer). Maintaining a database of contact information.
  • Collaborating well with all stakeholders (External and Internal) involved in the sales process.
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company and nurturing existing key accounts to build a strong business relationship to generate recurring revenue.
  • Determine and fulfill solutions for Clients and provide after-sales support. 
  • Monitor competitors’ products or services and create selling strategies for their products or services.
  • Regions of Assignment - US and UK markets.
  • Shift - Flexible to work in Night Shifts ( 6 PM - 3 AM ).

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
