  • This is a Gamer TSA role (Full time) – HR Level 4
  • You are a tech savvy, go getting young graduate / Diploma holder, with a service mindset, who goes the extra mile to help, guide and support the end users to resolve the technical issues as they arise.
  • Fluent in English, you take pleasure in doing your best to ensure customer delight and presenting yourself as the face of the organization.

 

Job description

  • Game Enthusiast: comfortable with video games and gaming culture - familiar with popular game genres, including first or third person shooters, RPGs (role playing games), TBG (turn based games) puzzle, fighting, action/adventure, racing, sports, etc. 
  • Playing skills and knowledge of different platforms and games
  • Knowledge on Gaming consoles (PlayStation, XBOX, Wii) and PC Gaming
  • Good knowledge on Core Clock, GDDR5, CUDA cores, GPU, Multi GPU connection, VRAM, Boost clock, Thermal throttling, BENCHMARK, etc.
  • Love & passion for PC games. 
  • Knowledge of game engine and game development is preferred
  • Gather and analyses the product reviews given by customers from various e-commerce websites to identify the product issues and recommend solutions to management to increase C-SAT.).
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent gaming skills and the ability to play.
  • Strong experience with computers, browsers, and mobile devices (must-have). Core gamer with a PC/Console gaming background with 0 to 3 years’ experience in Technical Support / Inbound Call Center preferred phone, social media and live chat experience.
  • Ability to search, find answers, and instruct our gamers on solutions to a wide variety of issues.
  • Good knowledge on building gaming PC
  • Good technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and Customer Negotiation skills 
  • Easily adapt to a changing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment is a must
  • Should be part of gaming forums
  • Willingness to collaborate with others. 
  • Work independently with minimal management oversight. 
  • Testing different levels and versions of a game
  • Finding the cause of faults and recommending improvements
