Senior User Experience Designer

Technical Skills

• Experienced in executing software projects by following a user-centered design (UCD) process.
• Identify user requirements, by researching and analyzing user needs, understanding business requirements, stakeholder objectives and aligning with technology, implementation strategy
• Well versed in performing UX Analysis: document personas, user journeys, task analysis, UX Process Implementation: product design reviews, product experience design, formative user testing
• Work closely with business analysts / SMEs to understand the use cases and task flows
• Organize information, craft interactive experiences by producing user scenarios, storyboards, prepare interaction specifications, navigation rules, organization of information, site maps, wire-frames
• Use wire-framing and prototyping tools to generate clickable prototypes and capture feedback from stakeholders and end-users
• Tools:  Axure RP, Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe XD
• Min 8 to 10 years of experience

Process Skills

• Coordinate with different teams, collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and technology team
• Designs portions of interactive and interface design solutions for screen-based software applications and systems based on established design principles and by design strategy, practices, and guidelines.
• Present designs to design leads & cross-functional teams and negotiate trade-offs between business goals, design patterns, engineering challenges, and customer experience.
• Develop Ix guidelines, standards, and design processes and ensure that they are fully integrated into the customer-centered product development lifecycle
• Tests and gathers interactive and interface design data by established research plans and specifications; analyzes, describes and reports results to design stakeholders.
• Develops and implements portions of interactive and interface design plans, changes, specifications, and reusable design elements for new and existing products.
• Participates as a member of one or more project teams of other designers and internal and outsourced design and development partners to develop holistic, high-quality interactive and interface design solutions for low to moderately- complex projects, products, and services.

Behavioral Skills

• Collaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced development partners on interactive and interface design and development.

Qualification

• Bachelors or Master's degree in User Interface Design, or equivalent.
