Your role

Responsibilities: 

• Average communication skills
• Should be good in both written & verbal communication; must be able to understand & comprehend English
• Should possess basic analytical-reasoning skills
• Must have basic knowledge of MS Office
• Good keyboard skills – need to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and need to be able to type with speed and accuracy.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs
• 25wpm typing speed with 80% accuracy.
